Your appointment with God!
Sister Gwen invites you to join her for seven glorious days of ministry, revelation, teaching, praise, fellowship and preparation for fulfilling the call of God on your life!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Everybody IS WELCOME TO ATTEND OUR 2ND Annual Camp Meeting which will be held on the grounds of the Ozark Glory Tabernacle on Scenic Highway 7, five miles south of Jasper. Registration is not required, but so we can have an estimate of numbers attending for more than one day and have a nametag printed for you (to help our memories and so we can get to know each other better) we would appreciate you filling out the enclosed registration
form. All meetings are free of charge.

TRANSPORTATION
There is a small airport in Harrison (HRO), Boone County which is only 20 miles from the camp site. We highly recommend you try to book a flight on Mesa Airlines. However, it only has connections in Kansas City (MCI), Hot Springs (HOT), and Dallas (DFW) and you will have to book early because there are only a few flights daily. We will arrange transportation for a fee of $20.00 per person (round-trip) to the camp and back to the airport in Harrison.
Because of the location, Jasper is not close to any large airports. Therefore, we highly suggest that if at all possible you come by car. However, if this is impossible, fly into Little Rock airport (LIT). For a fee of $30.00 per person (round-trip to Little Rock) we will provide transportation to the camp and back to the airport.

Pick up days are Sunday and Monday, July15 & 16 between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm and
Return to the airport is Sunday and Monday, July 22 & 23 with no departures before 11:00 am.
Seats on our vans are limited. You need to contact us as soon as you book your flight to reserve a seat.

Other airports in this area are: Springfield/Branson Regional (SGF) in Missouri, and Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) in the area of Fayetteville, AR. These airports, including Little Rock are 2 1/2 hours distance drive. It’s a scenic trip, therefore we recommend that you rent a car at these airports for the week so you will be able to tour around and
see our beautiful Ozark Mountain State. There’s so much to see and do, besides you will need a car to go back and forth to your lodging.

LODGING & MEALS
Jasper and surrounding areas have a unique variety of accommodations, from Bed & Breakfasts, chalets, cabins, houses that will sleep up to 10 people, simple hotel rooms, and we have enough space for 10 RVs to park for the week (no water hook-ups, but a shower house within walking distance). There is also space for you to put up your tent on the camp ground. We have a Bath House with toilets and showers for your convenience. At your request, we will be glad to send you an attractive 2007 Newton County Chamber of Commerce Visitor’s Guide. For those who come by air, shuttles will be provided between your lodging place and the camp ground at appointed times. The shuttle vehicles can go from approximately 10 miles South of Jasper on Highway 7 to approximately 5 miles North of Jasper on Highway 7. The Visitor’s Guide has a good selection of places to stay. You can also visit them on the web at
www.theozarkmountains.com.  This is totally your own responsibility. If you choose to stay in a hotel or prefer to be closer to the “city,” consider Harrison, Arkansas. It is about a 45 minute drive to the Ozark Glory Tabernacle and we will not be able to provide shuttle pick-ups there.

WHAT TO DO
Arkansas has long been known as the Undiscovered State. This is the place, they tell us, that Corrie Ten Boom saw angels hovering over some years ago. Come help us find angels! It is very special and beautiful. You can visit Diamond Cave, Mystic Cave, and see things as they were on the day of creation. There is the Buffalo River (the first and only National River) to swim in and possible even canoe on (depending on the rain) and plus there are fishing and hiking trails. Jasper is known as the Elk Capital of Arkansas. You may see elk, sorry it is not hunting season. But we do have bears and big ones too. It’s a place for the whole family to come and enjoy a beautiful vacation. We recommend you visit Silver Dollar City and The Shepherd of the Hills play in Branson and the Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs, plus BeaverDam.

WHAT TO EAT
There are unique restaurants in the area. Many of the lodging places in the area have kitchen facilities.

NURSERY
A nursery service is being provided for up to age 4 during the morning and evening services daily. Please fill out the registration forms for your children upon arrival. There will be a charge of $6.00 per meeting per child or $50.00 for the whole week to help defer the costs of hired workers. Bring diapers, bottles, etc...

CHILDREN’S MEETINGS
All of the children will meet in the Glory House, breaking into groups of ages 4 to 7,
ages 8 to 12 and ages 13 to 17. All of the youth meetings will be under the supervision of Don and Catherine James. BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A SUPERVISED YOUTH CAMP, ALL CHILDREN UP TO THE AGE OF 18 WILL HAVE TO BE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THEIR PARENT(S) OR GUARDIAN AS WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.
